Before reporting a mapping issue, please make sure you've:
Enabled location services for the Wunderpar app.
Allowed the app to access your precise location (where available).
Confirmed you're at the correct venue and in the correct location.
If you've checked the above and still think there's a mapping issue, please send us:
A screenshot showing your current location within the app.
A brief description of the issue you're experiencing.
The more information you can provide, the quicker we'll be able to investigate.
Lost points because of a mapping issue?
If we confirm that a mapping issue prevented you from earning points, we'll gladly reimburse any points you lost while we fix the problem.
