Suspect a mapping issue?

Found your venue on the app, but something doesn't seem quite right? No problem - we're happy to take a look!

Before reporting a mapping issue, please make sure you've:

  • Enabled location services for the Wunderpar app.

  • Allowed the app to access your precise location (where available).

  • Confirmed you're at the correct venue and in the correct location.

If you've checked the above and still think there's a mapping issue, please send us:

  1. A screenshot showing your current location within the app.

  2. A brief description of the issue you're experiencing.

The more information you can provide, the quicker we'll be able to investigate.

Lost points because of a mapping issue?

If we confirm that a mapping issue prevented you from earning points, we'll gladly reimburse any points you lost while we fix the problem.
